The 2009 CAP Awards Luncheon is April 3, 2009 at the Trenton Marriott
In addition to providing much-needed prevention strategies to our communities, NJ CAP also sponsors an award ceremony to honor those who have demonstrated, through their personal or professional lives, a dedication to the prevention of child abuse and neglect. More than 400 people attend the CAP ceremony. Awards are presented by representatives from the NJ Department of Education, The Division of Youth & Family Services, The NJ Task Force on Child Abuse & Neglect, The NJ Department of Human Services, the NJ Chapter of Parents Anonymous, Prevent Child Abuse America, NJ Chapter and many other well respected state agencies.

We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to submit a nomination for someone you know who has "made a difference" in the area of child abuse prevention. A subcommittee of the NJ CAP Advisory Board will review all applications and will then select the recipients for the 2009 awards ceremony. Award recipients will be honored at the annual ceremony and luncheon on April 3, 2009 at the Trenton Marriott.
